Terms& Conditions
These terms and conditions – as may be amended from time to time – apply to all our services directly made available online, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:
1. Room type concept:
- Single use: one double bed for 1 person staying
- Double use: one double bed for 2 people sharing
- TWIN use: one separated beds for 2 people
- TRIPLE use: one double bed and one single bed for 3 people
- Double use or TWIN use (not applied for foreigner man and Vietnamese lady sharing room in case of without any marriage certificate)
2. Child under 7 years old is offered a FOC on accommodation and breakfast; sharing bed and room with parents; maximum one child in room.
3. THE CHECK IN TIME is required after 13:00 pm. THE CHECK OUT TIME is required before 12:00 pm (at noon).
4. The reserved room will be automatically released after 17:00 PM, if there is no remark of checking in late; or unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.
5. Any amendment or cancellation made 2 days prior to check in date will not be charged.
6. NO SHOW customer is charged a penalty of 1 night stay for whole booking made. Canceling made less than 48 hours prior to the check in time and date will be charged 50% of 1 night stay of the whole booking made. Canceling made less than 24 hours prior to the check in time and date will be charged the equivalence of 1 night stay of the whole booking made.
7. Check out late before 18:00 pm will be charged 50% of 1 night stay; Check out late after 18:00 pm will be charged a full price. Check in early and Check out late will be subject to the Hotel availability.
8. For group reservation: the booker may be required to follow other articles not mentioned on this Terms and Conditions

10.The Hotel property IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any item left behind in the room upon checking out; the left things may be taken away for clearance.
11.The Hotel Regulations which is informed to you upon checking in have been established to ensure your safety and comfort during your time at the Saigon Mini Hotel group. The guest is responsible for infractions; therefore, we hope you comply with these regulations.
For hotel guests’ convenience, we are pleased to offer a place to leave temporarily some luggage during a short time out of HCMC for traveling. It is FOC service. However, we are NOT responsible for the status of your bags (such as color, shape, size, old, new...); and NOT responsible for any item inside the luggage. If you have something important, please make a deposit at reception; and take a receipt which is also stated the term and condition of usage. The items prohibited in the hotel including animals or birds, items with strong, offensive odor; ignitable or inflammable material; material with great bulk; any items prohibited by law are also not to be stored.
